Terms of Service

These terms describe Shuttermark, a privacy-preserving evidence workflow. Evidence may exist with no project or task. Recurring Pro, Team, Business, and Enterprise subscriptions renew until cancelled. Overage is never charged silently: at 100% of a cloud allowance the billable operation pauses unless the account has accepted metered billing. Local signed capture is not metered.
